I just noticed this on the second viewing off my tivo. In the scene where Butters finds his grandmother waiting for him in the boys bathroom.

She takes out the urinal cake and calls it a Narc Puck. She says Butters has to put it in his mouth and then lifts him up to force it in. Then the shop teacher pounds on the door and Grandma unlocks the door. The puck is in her hand.. but then when it flips to the outside looking in shot... the puck is gone. It flips back to inside the bathroom and the puck is still missing as Grandma walks out and then threatens Butters again.

I noticed that too. Don't know if it's a blooper, or whether she just hid the u-cake in her hand, but either way I did notice that nodakskip.

I noticed the Character Jenny Simons who debuted in "The List" (was a secretary with Lola), and was tricked by Cartman and given a poisoned cupcake in Bass to Mouth was in this episode, but in different colored clothes.

That's enough to convince me it's a different character. Just look at Wendy and Red.
