So I don't know if this is a blooper, or Kenny suddenly grew his ears over summer, or if they're detachable ears, but seriously, why does he have ears?

Some friends told me it would be because the mask strings make his ears stand out, but then again he haves used a mask before and there were no ears

It's probably a blooper because the boys' ears and nose are always visible.

And yeah, if this is not an error and it makes it to the actual episode I suppose Kenny's ears grew on him because he's older now? (I recall some 5th graders having ears?)
