I'm searching an interview where Matt and Trey are sitting in a jacuzzi with a chinese guy, talking about how hard they work, how hard is to make all the episodes, that they are in the studio 24/7. And later, when the crew goes in the studio, they interview the SP staff and they say that MnT are mean to them, that they haven't sen MnT in the studio for weeks.

Not unless someone uploaded a high-quality version up somewhere. The ones floating around are based on crappy Real Media files that were uploaded seven years ago.
