@zyzzx 1: The problem was that NowIn3D can't access the .com site. But now I've added an alternative link to my sig, and NowIn3D was able to join ...

I edited my post, two above dvda92's post for those who can't access the SPS dot com site. Take a look.

So at about 2:00 am PDT today Wednesday, June 15, 2010, all those connected to the chat room got disconnected; the connection failed, and it is impossible to reconnect to the chat.

There are three ways to get to the chat; two of them are in my two links in my sig; one for those users who can access the U.S. dot com site, and another link to the same chat room for those who can't access the U.S. dot com site.

The third way is to use an IRC client. As of this writing, 4:00 am, none of these ways are working to gain access to the chat.

I can only hope some sort of maintenance is being performed now? It is afternoon in Europe right now (where some of those who run the chat are located).

Bottom line, the chat is down right now. I'll post again if and when the chat is up and running. Too bad - the chat has been lively lately

Oh, I just came back from school seeing that the chat doesn't work. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Thirdedid. I may not stop by there very often, but it'd be nice to have the link handy.

The only thing we want is to have the chat back on the menu. Some people I know didn't even know there was a chat room on the website.

Please, just put it back on the menu, nothing more. This chat has been around for a long time and deserves its place on the menu.

Almost everyone new who found his way there wonders why it was removed. This chat is now off the many for almost a year. Please put it back.

There has been enough threads about it already. Is it really so hard to put it back? It's not like we want something that's against the law or impossible.

I and zzyzx 1 even had to put it on our signatures to at least catch a few people, but it would have a better place on the menu.

the chat has been more popular recently than i've seen in a long time, and as an administrator I would love to keep it going, and with the chat relinked it would be much easier , given the amount of chat we've had already
