Audio issues during replay

Hello people who can fix things:
So I was watching the Jacking in San Francisco episode and muted the commercials while I browsed Reddit videos. When I came back to the player as the episode restarted, the episode's audio was permanently muted. No matter what I tried (and I'm not retarded, I tried the regular things computer savvy people try) the audio wouldn't come back.
Even after I refreshed the page and sat through a forever-time of commercials (on mute again because, hey, who wants to hear that junk?) it was muted at the same point.
The point I'm referring to is after the 2nd commercial break when Dr. Oz's show comes on.
Pretty sure it's a bug.
