I received my code but it keeps saying hey guy invalid code. I have tried several times but nothing changes. Please help

I bought my copy of the Blu-ray today and the code for Tenormans Revenge didnt work but the theme and gold membership did. Can I get a new code please.

I entered my code into the southpark website. I was then given two codes to enter intothe xbox website. Neither code works on the xbox website. Please assist infixing this issue.

my code still doesnt work no game code

I purchased my copy of season 15, i typed the code inside the case and got the code for the game, the theme, and the 48hour trial and none of the codes work when I type them on Xbox live. I just want to play tennormans revenge. If there's anything you could do I'd appreciate it.

While i dont have a problem with my code. i was wondering if there was a way to see my codes again. Last night when i got my season 15 Blu ray i got my code but only redeemed my video game code, and forgot to write down the code for my theme, and 48 hour code.

I thought they would give me an e-mail since they ask for it but never saw anything. Is there anyway to do that?

The first digit of the code that came with my dvd isnt readable

I entered the code from the DVD and put my name and email address, it gave me the codes for the game, the theme, and the 48 hour gold trial. The only code that worked was the gold trial. Even though I gave my email address, I haven't received an email with the codes. I sent an email with my email address, my name, and the DVD code. It's been 2 days and I still don't have an email in my inbox or junk mail. Please!!! All I want is the game. You got to help me.

Hi, I got the free download code after entering all the info requested. Unfortunately my power went down before I could redeem it on my 360. When I came back on here to get the code I couldn't access it (said code already redeemed).

Is there a way you guys could send it to me via email or something? Im a sad panda

Ok it's been almost a week and I still haven't gotten a response I have a receipt and any info you guys may need so where's my response for my codes?

I am also getting a message saying, "Hey Guy. Incorrect Redemption Code. Please Try Again." when I enter the code exactly as it is printed on the card/flyer in my DVD. Please assist.
