Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. Yeah, I know it's campy, but it brings back childhood memories. (Mom and Dad would watch reruns on one of the local independent channels before they quit being independent.)

A good book will always put me in a good mood. Same with hearing a good story.

As tired and sore as I often will be after doing it, there is nothing like hiking in the Rockies. Some people go to church, I go up to 13,000 feet for my spiritual needs.

Random acts of kindness, both receiving and giving. We need more of that in this world.

As nerdy as it sounds, I like reading law and court decisions. Some the judges in the high courts are inspired writers and when something as dry as public policy can have a bit of personality infused alongside the interpretation and logic behind decisions makes me not regret having spent years studying it.

Being surrounded by good people doing simple crap and just enjoying life. It's so easy to get caught up in trivialities that living should be the goal and having a good life.

Oh, yes! Well, not Rockies, obviously. :P
And not just hiking, and not necessarily in the mountains. Any activity in nature makes me happy. Especially off road cycling.

Knowing that on Wednesday I start my fall quarter at school. (Yes, I'm happy I'm going back to school because it's actually a kickass school.)
