I think he should but really the only reason they dont have him speak normal is so he can swear and still be on TV.

I vote no. What makes Kenny Kenny is not understanding what he is saying. I love when you do hear him speak, it's great, but it's rare. I want to keep it rare. It makes moments when he is speaking all the more special. Same with the boys and their hats: I love when their hair shows/they're hat-less, but I would not want it to be that way all the time. Those moments are rare and special and all the more fun to see when it happens!

The only way to make every Kenny fan happy is to use him more, period. Have him talk more than he does now, both with his hood on, and with his hood off.

Having his hood off doesn't have to be a common occasion. Maybe just two or three times a season. It would be nice, given than he's been muffled since the beginning and Matt & Trey have pretty much done all they can with that. As a character, he's got a lot more growing room than the others. He can be a little more developed if you take his hood off every now and then, but it's true that part of his charm is not being able to understand him.

I think the joke's run dry and there's a lot that could be done with his character more easily if he spoke. The tom and jerry stuff isn't really the show anymore. If he's going to be in it then yes. If they want to change the show somehow this is one way.


episodes like the ring grew him surprising ammount despite his muteness but he could be grown more easilly if he spoke IMO

I think yes after 14 1/2 seasons... ...maybe there could be a drama episode about that wear she sheds his parka permanently.

And anyways it has to do with hiding his face and possibly his resurrection power...

Its his parka that makes him speek that way(and not only him. Everyone wearing that hood sounds muffled). His outfit and voice are important parts of his character.
However, I think, that he could take of his hood in some special, rare occasions (like ep 250 or something). That would be cool. But if its overused it would lose its magic
