For the most part, I don't think so; it'd be better if it stayed muffled. But I would like to hear him talk normally every once in a while.

I don't think so. It started off funny, and then turned Kenny into more of a prop character, I mean, he didn't get any lines and always died. But, with all the new seasons changing all the characters, nothing is as the same as it was back in the first season, except Kenny's still not talking.
