I don't know if anybody else has noticed, but Cartman is in 3 of the 4 first icons for each episode of the new season. Could it mean we will be seeing more of Cartman, or are these icons just chosen at random?

No, it's for the episodes that have aired, and for today's episode too. Butters is on the first episode, then Cartman on the next three.

Ohhhhh -oh, oh oh. I see. Well... these latest episodes are fairly Cartman-centric. I also think they choose whatever image from the episode most amused them too.
