The idea I have would be to have Randy wanting to open up a "Gay Pawn" in south park (Gay as in happy ) of course at the same time Big Gay Al wants to open up a "Gay Pawn" in south park that sells stuff for gay people,of course to make things worse Mr.Garrison wants to open up a "Gay Porn" store that sells gay porn right down the street..

I don't know about the whole 'gay arch' but I can see M&T doing a show parodying all those pawning shows that are popular atm.
