I'm making my own small project and realized someone who creates the show might be able to help me. How do you get the colors from Corel draw into Maya?

I am saving them as .dwg but it doesnt take the color, do you need to uv map it? please help

Since this is not specifically about South Park, I think you'll get a better and faster answer at the Maya forums.

Yes, and a couple other forums. It seems no one has a good grasp on this, and South Park does exactly what I am trying to achieve.

Maya is a very specialist program and is too complex for someone to learn quickly. It's much harder to find tips and troubleshooting for such programs. Flash is a pain in the ass, but it's simpler and much more user-friendly, especially to novices. As a result, there's endless resources online for every question about Flash available.

If what you're asking is to get the colors themselves into Maya, the best I can suggest is manually adding each color to the palette by obtaining the RGB or HEX code from CorelDraw. You can take a screenshot with the Prt Scr button and import that into Paint and obtain the color that way if CorelDraw doesn't give you the color info.
