The Final Four is set!

One of my many intro spoofs, inspired by the works of YouTuber davemadson:

It wouldn't be a good outing for a certain pig...

Aww, I suck. :?
Also *ca-caw*. I like that. I'd even go so far as to use it as a wallpaper on my phone, but the way it justifies photos, it'd never look right.

In the 1970s, there was a cartoon drawing by R. Crumb (of Fritz the Cat fame) to illustrate the old "Keep On Truckin'..." saying.

But inspiration for my series of pics based on this was triggered by another Deeve's spoof on a classic Doctor Who episode:
http://draculasaurus.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d3b00da

And so, I present to you three variations on the theme. I do have an idea for a South Park version, but in the meantime, here are some other takes:
Keep On Schemin'...
Keep On Snooping As Usual...
Keep On Trololoin'...

Giggle.
I think you've actually managed to recreate Scratch and Grounder better than the original animators did.

Eedit: plus these pics work well with the music I'm listening to right now: Spandau Ballet's Chant #1 (Don't need this pressure on)

Well, I was originally turned off by the animation quality. Those wacky Poop vids talked me into it.

More "truckin'" pics!
Terrance & Phillip "Keep On Fartin'..."
(Told you there would be a SP version!)

And here's one who knows a thing or two about "truckin'," since he's part-truck anyway!

Here's Daffy with "Keep On Duckin'..."

^ Thanks, Bug! Though they WOULD be the two I had the most difficulty in doing.

As the NCAA Final Four is underway, we have our winners from OUR Final Four:

A while ago, one of our local Deeves (he also has an account here) came across my Pageview count on dA at 30,000 on the button!

My plan for a pic was to add a single character of the lucky winner's choice to an already prepared background.

The result is this:

:)

EDIT, 4/22: Here's a new one, based on a sketch I made on a note card as I log the eps I record:

Last night, I put up my 800th pic in my Gallery, and I celebrate here by doing a little truckin' myself!
http://angusmctavish.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d4zf9kb

Disney spoofs!
Mickey does YLKPDY
Troll Face Mickey and Rage Duck

Another one does the YLKPDY:
http://angusmctavish.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d4z6bv2

To top it all off, I added a few more logo spoofs, inspired by many vids on YouTube:
Looney Tunes Spoofs

What led to that, you ask? YouTube user davemadson has a series of vids, the Looney Tunes Intro Bloopers, where the Warner shield is either messed up or replaced completely by other logos, titles or whatever. Here's one of my favorites:

Over the weekend, I picked up Jethro Tull's THICK AS A BRICK CD, having heard the song in its original entirety.

The track covered both sides of the original LP, a whopping 44 minutes, as mentioned earlier on the '70s Music thread.

The album cover inspired me to do a spoof:
