The clocks have gone back 1 hour so its 6:05am.

11:55 pm - our clocks don't go back for one hour until the first Sunday in November; used to be for Halloween, trick or treaters ringing the door bell for candy would start at 6:00 pm when it got dark; now it's 7:00 pm because of our delayed ending of Daylight Saving Time

There was a big debate about the clocks going back in the UK on the news, some MPs don`t want the clocks to change and stay permanently on BST but Scotland would still be dark in the morning when the kids go to school which brings up health and safety fears about not being seen my motorists.

25:60, which in standard (non military) time is one minute after 14AM. 14 o'clock in the morning is weird time of day. It's like the sun is low on the horizon, but it's still nighttime, so the sun has a kind of bluish tint to it.

Anyone living near wild ferrets can observe the nightly ritual of the 14AM ferret dance under the blue sun of morning-night. You can only observe this time of day in a semi-conscious state, but it does happen.

The thing is, it runs concurrent with the normal temporal flux, so "standard reality" covers it up. That's why nobody knows about it. It's like a dimensional thing.
