I almost wanted to f*cking kill myself coming home from the show I played last night with my band. We were f*cking horrible. My drummer had a scorpion bowl and 20 more drinks by the time we got to the venue, and he was still wasted by the time we went on. I've seen him play fine while trashed but he drank more that night than I'd ever see him drink in a 24 hour time frame, and I think that pushed him over the edge, cause he obviously wasn't on the same page as the rest of us.

I just found out the man who was my family's doctor for 20 years died of cancer almost 8 months ago.

I never found out because I had a healthy streak and never visited he doctor's from Febuary 2009- Today. I just had a visit ths afternoon and....wow. He was barely 40.

Poor guy.
