This board wasn't always so serious, but alot of assh*les showing up can have that effect...You probably would have had alot more fun here two years ago...

Two years ago their would of probably been hardly anyone on, so why would it be more fun? You would have had to wait like 4 days for a reply in a thread.

The first BBS had more posters than you'd think, no you didn't have to wait a bunch of days to get four replies. It was good from what I remember, then the BBS shut down. It was down for many moons it was gone. A few months go by and the 2nd new BBS came around. It was in a separate screen where many of the vets that decide to stay or visit on the occassion came from. The BBS was more simpler then. No character discussion, no games, no hot topics etc. The spring was when many of the more well known posters started off. Back then there weren't a lot of spammers, just a few. Boy did they post a lot, internet romance, and a lot of other stuff. But it was all good, the first two BBS were ran by Jolon and Breayle. Nobody complained about the main spammers because it wasn't that HUGE of a deal and we could tolerate them....I'm done with my story telling I don't want to talk about the drama that came as result of the internet romance of LJ and Jamez. Too much sh*t to cover there.

Hmm, that's odd...I don't remember making this into a thread, this post was a response to something someone ( who has been here a grand total of 1 week) was saying on the f*ck Scientology thread about this board being too serious..But it wasn't a thread of it's own...I wonder why Will decided to make it into a thread..

Hell yeah, Moonkay is a legend here...He was the first poster to get 7000 posts, and he got them in about 4 months...Moonkay was awesome to talk to on here. I still remember the first time I talked to him, it was on this Kevin Smith thread..
