Why might have Kim Jong Il requested Team America be banned?

North Korea's embassy in the Czech Republic requested that Team America be banned there. Knowing Kim Jong Il's affinity for film, what might have caused this action?

I'd say that the man is definitely very ronery. Or he just has some complex like the one Saddam Hussein had when he banned SP:BLU in Iraq back in the day.

I'm not surprised that Saddam Hussein banned SP: BLU. It didn't exactly reflect well on his good image, did it?

As much as I agree with a lot of what Michael Moore has to say, I thought his character was HILARIOUS. I mean, the hot dogs and pizza? The suicide bombing? Genius. It makes you realize that while these people have a lot of political insight, they're really just all a bunch of whiners.

Ha! I think we found Mr. Il's weak spot. He can't take a little ribbing. All the US needs to do is crank out some stuff that belittles that douche like Team America did and he'll crawl into a corner and cry. f*cker.

I like M&T's idea of having Kim Jong Il perform I'm so Ronrey live at the Oscars or whatever they call that stupid awards show. :cartmanlaugh:

Y'know, until Team America came out, I'd never even heard of Kim Jong Il. So, I wouldn't even know if he really does have weapons of mass destruction or anything, because the U.S. news hasn't hyped it up like they did with Saddam Hussein.
Having said that, I bet the guy's just scared that the movie'll make him look bad in front of the Korean people, or whatever. If I were him, I'd have more of a sense of humor about it, anyway. I mean, come on! A little cockroach pops out of his head and flies away in a spacecraft at the end; clearly it's all in good fun.
