Even though Stan actually did it because of Cartman, and Beavertonites were dumb enough to build a town there, and the president didn't give them any aide, I say it was the terrorists, because, ever since we found out that the terrorists were responsible for killing off the dinosaurs, they've been trying to get back at us again....
