I was going to put this in SOUTH PARK GENERAL DISCUSSION FORUM, but I felt this thread really belonged in GAMES as there is no discussion. So here it is:

In this thread, we count down the days to episode 1408, the first episode in season 14B which starts on Comedy Central on October 06, 2010 at 10:00 PM Eastern and Pacific, 9:00 PM Central Time.

The only way this will work is that only one poster per day may post in this thread to countdown to October 6. Oh, you may post to say other things, but once someone posts the number of days left to go, that's it until the next day.

Also, with one exception, there is no double posting on the countdown. This isn't a one-poster thread. Someone else should post the number of days left each day.

And now the exception: If no one posts in this thread for a certain day, then the poster before CAN double post to get the thread caught up

Okay, I'll start, which means no one else can post the next number until tomorrow. But you can post today to say something else RELATED TO THE COUNTDOWN.

Today is July 23, 2010. There are 75 days and counting to October 6. But, if we start with "75" then number "1" will be on October 6. I want "zero" to be on October 6, so "1" must fall on October 5. So even though there are 75 days left until episode 1408, we must start this countdown with number "74" to have "zero" fall on October 6.

Thanks to zzyzx 1 who gave me the idea, I have created a php based countdown. It automatically changes the days left at 10 pm East Coast time (I think):

67 days left till the premiere of the second half of season 14 of South Park.

Sorry for the double post but that topic seemed to be forgotten, wanted to make it appear in the beginning again to catch more eyes for this topic to try to keep it alive.
