This has always bothered me because so much attention was being drawn to the gun everyone saying "nice gun Mr.Garrison" it's like they did it on purpose.

If you pause it at 5:56, the words on the board behind mr. garrison, those words are right-side up.
but if you pause it again at 6:00, those words are up-side down.
THEN, if you pause it again around 6:14, those words are right-side up.

by the way, those words on that board doesnt look like it really says anything. i think theyre just random letters. or spanish letters?

i saw words like chis, chi, feay, no, mi

look 4 yourself lol.

and i noticed when chef went on stage, he said thank you MR. mayor.

i thought the mayor is a woman. did he say that on purpose?

I'm pretty sure most if not all of the words on the board are real. I know chi chis are breasts in Spanish; which when I saw that, I laughed.

Also, when he is talking to officer Barbrady, his gun has no scope on it, but it did when he bought it and when he was in the classroom

You must mean Words in Spanish. Letters in spanish and in english ar almost the same. Ñ is practicaly the only spanish letter you don't use.

The sentences written in the board are:
+Chupe mis chichis (suck my tits)
+No me toquen los huevos (don't touch my balls)
+Mi verga es fea y morena (my dick is ugly and brunette)

You can read the whole message at the begining of the episode, when Mr. Garrison tells the childrien Cartman won.
