Episode 202 - Cartman's Mom Is Still A Dirty Slut

I don't know if anybody realised this but::
Cartman's mom was actually his dad, so that means Mrs. Cartman WASN'T pregnant with Eric.
This would mean that Mrs. Cartman would have had known who the mother is for 9 months...
Anybody have any explanation?
Watching the episode again to figure this out, but based on the info... I'm 100% this episode is illogical
Anyways... someone help me figure this out.
---Also, while I'm on a post... maybe you should do an episode in S14 with Cartman's real mom? Then in the end you could do something like kill her with Kenny or something.
