Has anyone else noticed when T & P were watching tv they saw Mophesto (who was standing up) telling Cartman who his father was. Afterwards Cartman yelled "He's my Father!'' But in Cartman's Mom is Still a Dirty slut Mophesto is in a hospital bed and tells cartman and cartman doesnt say "he's my father"

Yep. I think it was just another layer of the April Fools' joke, and that they hadn't quite figured out what they were gonna do for Cartman's Mom Is Still A Dirty Slut. But that's just my take on it.
