After the spelling bee Kyle asks Rebecca what her name is, but then shortly after when he goes to her house to talk to her he asks for her by name. So he already knew it. Yet another blooper in that episode.

Someone might have told him whom she was between the spelling bee and his visit to her house. The bigger blooper is that he wasn't paying attention in the first place. The Mayor mentioned her name several times during the spelling bee, and Kyle still asks what her name is? Pffft!
