The thing about this episode that really made me want to cry for a minute was how it reminded me of a similar incident back in high school. Except it wasn't at a hospital. A friend of mine had just passed away, and his wake was open casket. I couldn't stand to see him like that, so I left the chapel in a hurry, just like stan abruptly leaves the hospital after visiting Kenny for not even 30 seconds.

Thank God, I'm not the only one who cried during this episode! I mean, I was a little upset during Kyle and Stan's fight, but it didn't really bother me until Stan returned to Kenny's empty room. The teddie bear on the floor upset me for some reason as well. I think it was just the idea that this stuff happens to kids all the time.

This episode almost made me cry.. over all I liked it 9/10

first time they cared about kenny's death.

Kenny's awesome, that's one of the down turns. Another one is when chef dies.

cartman used kenny to make his own shakeys when stan said cartman was kennys worst friend,i dont know if u can call him his friend

Oh this episode was so sad I actually cryed *sob*...I love Kenny..even though he dies alot almost in every episode but this is the saddest way he died..Kenny is so cute and good hearted I love his muffled voice he sounds so cute and innocent especially the way he said ''STAN'' when those wishing people came through the door that took my heart *sob*..why can't cartman die instead of kenny he's buggs the crap out of me I'm gladd kyle beats him up at the end because that's what i wanted to do *heh* that was purley satisfying.hahahha good job Kyle!! that's why he's my second favorite character i love the way he beats on cartman!

This episode was so sad.Even the funny parts didn't make me happy.Though in the end Cartman brings everybodys hopes up for nothing. Got What He deserved the little Bitc#.

Actually, stem cells can help a lot of people, and still church tries to avoid it, what's with them that won't let them do something for the good of people based in nothing. it's the same with condom use policies, i can't believe people blindly follows such ideas.
