This episode is south park at it's peak, supprising it came in the late seasons. The four boys are together on an adventure, and reveal their personalities well through charactar driven humour, each getting good screentime. The other boys in class, most of the secondry kid charactars got to shine. The main adults got star roles too. The new animation was spiffing. The satire was spot on and subtle enough. There wasn't one wasted moment. Fully deserved the emmy it got.

This has got to be one of the best episodes ever aired for South Park. Choosing World of Warcraft to make fun of was one of the best ideas Matt and Trey have produced in their complex minds of humor. Being a Warcraft player for 3 years I enjoyed seeing the use of terms and areas in the game that i've been to myself. I think one of the funniest parts of the episode though is when Cartman says to Butters: "Butters go buy World of Warcraft, install it on your computer and join the online sensation before we all murder you". Great job guys and keep up the good work!

The idea that a player can become so powerful that he exceeds the limits of the game is an amusing extension of the premises of this sort of fantasy game. And one of the best moments of the episode is the utter lack of response on the face of the evil player when his character is finally destroyed.
I have now been playing WoW for four brief sessions and am a level three undead warrior named Kongo.
As for Cartman taking a dump, they had to do that lest viewers be mislead into thinking they were watching the Brady Bunch.

This one's a classic. They even have an achievement in World of Warcraft named after this episode (and I got it on the same day that patch hit :3).
And it's obvious MAT AND TREY FAVOR THE ALLIANCE! Yipee! [<- two factions in WoW, Horde and Alliance... the characters the boys played were Alliance, for all of you who don't play].

I never really fully understood everything in this episode until I started playing the game. & now when I watch it again I think it's funnier then before.
