Everything else, such as the Butters part and the unlikely bully part, could be purposefully misleading, or they could have simply decided to do a last minute change-the-episode.
The press release sure did lead us to the right direction regarding City Sushi, right? :P

I believe some of that episode was cut, or something, and was not the best idea, more like a combination of some smaller ideas. This episode may seem that way too, but for some reason I think we can accept the title, the images, the clip and the description, some of the ideas might just be lesser parts than we thought they were.

It could be that Mackey has the main role, Stan might have the main role, Butters might have the main role, or even the Bully might have the main role, or they could have equal or lesser parts in a much bigger scheme, like a two parter. Finally I'd like to say that in the episode "Assburgers" we scene the clip as only Cartman, and Stan had the larger role, plus there has been so many Cartman and Butter's episodes that we may just see Stan for the most part. Or, other stuff could happen as always.
South Park is amazing and anyone who doesn't think so should learn how to Respect My Authoritah! LOL South Park Rulez!

May I like to say that they probably just cut the part of the episode where Butters and the boys actually interact with each other. Key words: or they could have simply decided to do a last minute change-the-episode. ( text in italics is quote from my quote).
If you don't like the direction SP's going in, quit watching. There's nothing we could do about it, unless you're producer or higher in the authority chain. And they won't listen to fan ideas. It's not worth your time to only hate.

Since everyone else is posting it here, happy day of pink people. See the pink pants? (Actually, the pants are a coincidence, but hey hey.)

Good point about City Sushi. Press releases can be highly inaccurate.

I'm gonna go ahead and guess Stan is the bully, he seems the most unlikely judging on the press release.
