At the end when Cartman's money gets taken away for the lawsuit of Kenny dying he says that Kenny dies all the time, but in Coon vs. Coon and Friends the boys don't know about Kenny's super power. I guess that makes every episode that Kenny dies in and they acknowledge it a blooper.

Actually I don't think it's a blooper at all,in fact it might beso intentional it's painful, everyone just bounds right over it because the cause is hidden in plain sight:
Season 3 Episode 3 The Succubus
A lot of people forget how this episode ends, or probably didn't think too much about it, but after Kenny's usual death in the episode Cartman uses Kenny's eyes for a cornea transplant to repair his deteriorating eyesight. Cartman has the eyes of an immortal, a part of Kenny, something that removes him from the loop.
