too bad we'll never know how he got out of there, and if that lady survived.

well .. they obviously realised that they made a wrong assumption; remember: they might be stupid to a point, but they use to read alot.. so, after a while, they must have finally figured out that Butters was no demon spawn.. i am sure he got out when they decided to send him to his room for a 3 weeks punishment..

regarding the lady... i am sorry.. ...
and btw: i broke the dam...

To me it was a reassurance that they really do love him.

My parents must hate me, because they would never do that to me. :o

Locking and chaining their son in the basement may be a loving act in your eyes, for some reason, but I see it as.....urk. :o

I hope you never have kids.

No.. nooooo.. u are too exreme in conclusions.. and don't wish him not ot have kids.. that's not nice.. :)

Butters parents really love their son indeed, the problem is that they are too stupid to show it the right way.. and anyone can see similar cases around.. many parents dont know how to treat their children.. (u know what they say: if u have to get a license in order to drive, u should also have to get a license in order to be a parent..)
and btw: i broke the dam...

Instead of faking Butters' death in front of a whole crowd why not tell everyone in school he's gone on a trip to the grand canyon? This way Butters' parents will still be happy and there won't be any tears. :)
