this isnt really a blooper but instead more of a hidden thing. when the governor is talking about his solution to the gay marriage bill he says "No one cares about f-in dykes". then the whole crowd starts yelling at him and one of the members on the crowd looks almost identical to how Randy looked in South Park is Gay where he dressed metrosexual. the only difference is that the man in the crowd does not have a moustache like Randy.
"Wait, some young boy's been having sex with Ms. Stevenson?"

"Yes."

"......Nice."
