in the episode Bloody Mary from season 9 at about 13:22 when the dad is speaking in the back window of his car you can see an alien does anyone know why?

There's no rhyme or reason to it. The animation crew just likes to sneak in aliens into random frames from time to time. That one was just more obvious than others.

yes. they always do this. here are some.
1. charlie manson christmas during the car chase the forhead tatoo is an alien.
the bull riding episode. at the end an alien is driving the limo.
