I found him...Uh, I thought that cause it wasnt posted, maybe you didnt know, anyways I'll show the screen shot soon, anyways you can find him located somewhere when stan is called to his dads car and watch to your right when they show a close up of his dads face.

Dude, I toatally saw the alien and I was like, what the hell is that doing there. I actually came here to see if anyone else noticed...kinna hard to miss. I wonder why they would put that in there. It was funny though...freaked me out for a second.

They've done that more than once. Watch some episodes from the earlier seasons. You'll be suprised what you can find!

In one of the 2nd season disks, if you go to episode selection there's an alien in the background you can click on and it should say that...
