I can't speak for anyone else, but I find it pretty amusing when Liane actually disciplines/scolds Cartman.

I've always found Jimmy kind of boring. I kind of like Butters, and he does have good episodes ("The Last of the Meheecans" is the most recent example), but he's admittedly kind of boring when interacting with Stan and Kyle, and Cartman if it's just him bullying Butters.


Liane seems to be one of the better developed adults in SP. Most adults are pretty 1 dimensional, but she has a unique personallity.
Jimmy is great as a support charactor but is kinda weak as a main charactor.
Butters is great when he's the main charator in an episode, but gets somewhat boring and repeditive as a support kid.
I have to agree with someone who posted above, whoever gets used alot, to the point of being over used in a season, becomes boring during that time.

I think every character in South Park has potential.

In older episodes, mostly those from Seasons 7 through 11 or so, I find Butters extremely annoying. In REALLY old episodes and newer ones, I can enjoy him, but that little bracket of time, I can't stand him.

I used to hate Randy, but "You're Getting Old" breathed a new life into him and I look forward to future usage of him, as long as they're not too liberal with it.

I dont understand how you all can hate Randy? He has perfect SP spirit and is extremly random as an SP adult should be.

But the most boring character must be Jimmy in my opinion. The only good he've added is fishsticks.

^ It's easy to hate Randy. He's not the best father or husband and does too much for himself and again, not his family. Plus there are just too many episodes on him and many fans think there needs to be less as there should be more focus on his son as he is one of the original main boys.

Randy can be funny no doubt he he's not the best character and it's perfectly okay to not like him.

Jimmy isn't boring! He makes jokes and doesn't act the way you'd expect a cripple to. He's hilarious, I love him. :)

Randy I find annoying & much prefer Sharon over him.
Stan in my opinion is pretty boring bc he's just kind of there.
