yea...so i just got back from serving in the middle east only to find that one of my fav. episodes; Super Best Friends is gone. That episode ROCKED. As well as the two episodes from the new season. like i JUST got back, what the eff is going on?

It showed Muhammad, so it was removed from the episodes available to view here.

Nall, why are Cartoon Wars Part I and II still up? They mention Muhammad too.

You missed a big controversy about the episodes titled 200 (1405) and 201 (1406).

Matt Stone and Trey Parker's life were threatened if the image of Muhammad were to be shown. In fact, Comedy Central super-censored Kyle's speech at the end of 201 as well with beeps Some small extremist faction in New York made the threats.

More importantly, you're home, jayparker.

I guess since they don't actually show him, there's no issue with it. :/

Super Best Friends is on DVD Season 5, which is still on sale in stores and on line. In fact, I saw some for sale today at both Wal Mart and Target

They're out for the rest of the month. "sarcastiball" will return to the site on the 26th, "raising the bar" will return on November 3.

yea, unfortunately, terrorism won on this issue. which surprised me considering the fact that they allowd 2 episodes to air stressing the importance of not doing exactly what they did when the threats were made. and it is surprising that cartoon wars parts 1 and 2 were able to stay on the site because having muhammad censored wasnt enought for the assh*les. even after they won the battle of not wanting an image of him to appear, they even told comedy central that even saying the name muhammad was an insult to their religion. i dont disagree with comedy central often, but this time they were dead wrong in what they did. basically they did exactly what all the sp characters did in cartoon wars, bury their heads in the sand and hide to avoid "looking like we are responsible for this in any way." if it were up to me, i would have aired it completely uncensored and then re-ran it every night for a month and mailed a copy to every muslim church just to put the icing on the cake.
