does the episode title "here comes the neighborhood" reference the book "there goes the neighborhood" (about the study of 4 chicago neighborhoods and how their racial and class characteristics have changed, they did interviews etc.)? I saw this episode tonight, and hadn't thought in the past that the title was a reference to anything, but I read this book recently and it seemed to fit so I was curious...

The episode is four to five years older than the book.

I'm a little late here, but I'd say that chances are both the episode and the book titles are from that phrase, which I think originated in the 50s and 60s...
