Rumors say that the contract won't be renewed passed that. Anyone know if it's true? Too soon to tell?

2. We don't know if Matt and Trey will renew - come back in two years for the answer.

Possibly...but nobody can say for sure. It will still be successful so there's no reason for it to end, except for Matt Stone and Trey Parker getting bored.

I'm certainly glad that the contract goes until Season 17, but it would be nice if Matt and Trey would give some indication about whether or not they plan to continue after that. They are working on other stuff too (Book of Mormon) but they've produced side projects in the past, so it COULD continue, but there's nothing in stone yet.

Season 20 will be the last season of South Park... so far.
