On torrent sites, I have seen the title "Mom's New Girlfriend" for s15e05 and s15e08, but wiki lists different names for these episodes. Does anyone know what in the sam hell is up with that?

No idea. Possibly the name of the episode in another country? Sometimes titles are changed like that. I wouldn't trust that torrent though. I know many years ago there was a computer virus going around posing as an SP episode titled "Cartman loses his virginity."
