What are the Canadian jokes about? There are a lot of Canadian episodes and I completly dont understand why is Canada so funny. Do you have to live near Canada to understand that?

No, I don't think the jokes actually have anything to do with Canada. The funnies come from the silly voices, the uber-crappy animation, and just, you know, silliness.
(Although the jokes about Kraft dinner may have something to do with Canada, as Canadian band Barenaked Ladies talk about eating Kraft dinner in "If I Had a Million Dollars".)
To believe in something just because you're afraid of the consequences if you don't believe in something is no reason to believe in something.

I agree with the Kraft dinner coming from the Barenaked Ladies.
