What episode does cartman walk up to the bus stop staring right at kyle and says " you guys, i got something to tell kyle" and then continues to gloat and rub it in his face. Its driving me crazy

Im not sure it was something where Cartman had something on kyle like he was gloating about something. I think what he had to "tell" kyle was "ha ha ha ha ha ha" or something

Is it possibly Red Hot Catholic Love/ Cartman spends like half that episode gloating about winning a bet and getting Kyle's twenty dollars.
To believe in something just because you're afraid of the consequences if you don't believe in something is no reason to believe in something.
