I know in some episodes there are things like visitors or squirrels with top hats, but are there secret things to look for in every episode? or even in the latest episodes?

There are visitors, in jokes and other worldly references.
Do you mean secrets like Easter eggs in video games? in movies and TV shows they are known as trivia.
