Dr. Pepper 10 is only for men, right? Right. Here's the basic idea: South Park starts selling the stuff, and all the women are drinking it. This causes all of them to turn into men, and the more they drink, the more manly they become. After a few days, the entire town is in a state of chaos, and the "real" men decide that they should do something about it. They call Dr. Pepper's customer support and tell them about their wives and daughters and girlfriends turning into men. The company says that the only way to change their wives and daughters and girlfriends back into women is to force them to watch 36 straight hours of "Sex and the City". Their husbands force them to watch the show in various ways, and some of the men turning back into women commit suicide, simply because they can't take it. The few that survive (Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny's moms) have successfully been turned back into women. The only problem is that they've all turned into Sarah Jessica Parker. Their husbands are outraged, and want to call Dr. Pepper right away. They check for the phone number on an empty can, and see that in extremely fine print it reads "WARNING: NOT FOR WOMEN. ANY WOMEN WHO CONSUME THIS PRODUCT WILL BE TURNED INTO MEN. ANY WOMEN WHO REVERT BEING TURNED INTO MEN WILL BE TURNED INTO SARAH JESSICA PARKER." The men realize that the only way to change their wives back is to assassinate the actual Sarah Jessica Parker.

The families travel to Sarah Jessica Parker's mansion, and the fathers shoot with several machine guns at her windows. After seeing no sign of her, they soon give up. Meanwhile, a worried Sarah Jessica Parker is inside. Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny all walk in and tell her that they have nothing against her personally, and that assassinating her is just for the good of humanity. She says she knew this day would come, and that she knows how to solve the problem. She concentrates hard, and morphs into her natural form: a Pegasus. She then flies out the window and into the night.

After Sarah Jessica Parker flies away, the boys' moms quickly change back into their old selves, and everyone is happy. They travel back to South Park, and at school the next day, the boys find out that Chef created Dr. Pepper 10. He tells them that it's 11 fluid oz. of testosterone and anabolic steroids, and one fluid oz. of Dr. Pepper. That's why it's only 10 calories, and that's why it's only for men. The people of South Park have definitely learned their lesson, and will surely leave the drinking of Dr. Pepper 10 to men.
