Everyone in South Park has become obsessed with Rescue Dogs.With all the famous celebrities having rescue dogs.So obsessed it it impossible to find one anywhere.which leads to the availability of only designer cats.So some citizens are forced to buy these pets instead.(Timmy has a cat )The owners of the designer cats are initially persecuted for not having rescue dogs as there pets.But the script is flipped since there the original ones they are soon the ones who become the Trend setters .The "Rescuers" wish to become "Designer" and start abandoning there dogs and getting designer cats. Cartman Starts a Kitty Mill breeding designer cats and selling them for profit.(Cartman could do a bit on purebreds).And without Bob Barkers famous line have your pet spade or neutered..The cats reproduce at extraordinary rate leading to the town being over crowded with cats...... [ the sub plot could be a war between the rescue dogs and designer cats]

-Kenny could killed by the overpopulated cats
-Bob barker could be in episode,along with some other Celebs as pet owners.

that's all i got so far..to much for a 20 min episode??
