An episode in which Randy gets a new hobby/obsession. Randy starts prepping and makes his family prep as well. He even begins to convert other citizens of South Park.
I don't really have an opinion on "preppers" one way or the other, I just find the show so ridiculously entertaining and think Randy would be hilarious as a prepper.
I was watching an episode and seeing all the excess food these people hoard, and thought about how this kind of behavior would look to "someone" like Starvin Marvin. If he came back from Marklar and saw these preppers with their stockpiles of food, what would he think!
I got a little off track there, but my whole motivation for wanting to see this subject on South Park is really just to see Randy as a prepper, it seems like something he would do.
