On the real Wheel of Fortune, they give you "R S T L N E", so the N would've been there earlier (in the episode, they gave Randy "R S T L E").

I think they only gave R S T L E because if they'd given him N, the whole episode wouldn't have worked. So, I don't think that qualifies as a real blooper.
