Garrett910, Mr. Garrison was seemingly stuck in the closet for the first few seasons. After the sex change as well before the episode "D-Yikes!" she was straight.

I think we can all agree that Mr./Ms. Garrison is a total freak. Wasn't there an older episode where the town mentions that there was an injured bird that Mr. Garrison was suppose to take care of and he ended up having sex with it?
