I watched this episode and I seen garrison paying scientists by giving them DNA for a brand new penis. I just remembered in the beginning of season 9 that garrison lost his balls not his penis :!:
which means they should've sprouted balls from the mouse instead :? It's clear the Trey and Matt made a big mistake to plot.

This was a good episode! I did not like the fact that they brought Mrs. Garrison back to a man. Besides that, it was funny!
