When: First reading of "McBoogerballs"

When the boys start to write "The Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs," Cartman describes the first line as, "It was a warm spring morning..." Sharon later reads this line as "It was a warm summer morning..." and Randy reads the line the same way. The conclusion of the book, read later, also states that the season was spring.

Yeah, I noticed that. I also noticed at first cartman titled it 'Scrotie McDickenass'

Quite possible the boys revised their opening line throughout the creative process. I'm assuming the same thing happened when the title changed from Cartman's pitch of "The Tale of Scrotie McDickinass" to "The Tale of Scotie McBoogerballs."

I couldn't understand Kenny, but I wonder if "McBoogerballs" came from him. Cause he said something, then Stan said "Yeah!" like whatever he said was a suggestion, not a comment on what was suggested.

Yeah, I agree that Kenny must have suggested McBoogerballs, just based on how the other boys reacted. That said, I thought McDickinass was funnier.
