Hey, on this episode Kip talks as if kyle is his real friend. After watching the episode I thought that kips parents didn't know he was only facebook friends. But my friend INSISTS that his parents knew they were only facebook friends. Can someone settle this argument.

I say his parents didn't know either.

I don't believe his parents knew. Otherwise they wouldn't have come to the agreement to let the two "hang out" merely because it was Friday night. If you're Facebook friends, it doesn't matter what night of the week it is.

The parents definitely didn't know, like when Kip said he visited Kyle's farm and his mom was surprised that Kyle lives on a farm.

I had a feeling multiple threads about an episode about Facebook would errupt, such as the never ending threads about who is Mysterion that continue to keep popping up.

It is interesting how Randy wanted so much to be friends with Stan, but Mr. and Mrs. Drordy are NOT Kip's facebook friends. If they were, then Kip would not have had 0 friends, and Kyle's friending Kip would not have made Kyle's friendship stock go down

Just so you know, Mysterion is Kevin, that's why Cartman organized the pirate club meeting at Kevin's house and made him serve refreshments, because Cartman was still angry.
