i agree with almost everyone in here. i am tired of seeing them in the same grade. they should go 2 the 5th or 6th grade already!
it would be a great way 2 start off the mid season. because they already had a summer episode so it could work.
if they move up 2 the 5th, there can be whole new characters in thier class. but they should keep butters and tweek.
also, they should make it where wendy is moving 2 another school and stan will miss her and stuff, but cartman will throw a "going away party" like he did for kyle in smug alert.
just a thought

I agree. Maybe there could be a back story with a new teacher, like we had with Ms. Chocksondik in Season 4. Then, the new teacher would leave, and Mr. Garrison would have to take over the 5th grade. Something like that
I don't know if I agree or not.I want a new character,but, yeah, Mr. Garrison should eventually become the teacher again.Just to say,they usually make the older kids sixth graders.So they should make them age just a little.But they've always looked the same,wouldn't it be weird if they aged?I think they have to,actually. Since they did the summer episode, everyone will tell them it wouldn't make sense if they didn't.we should make this a poll. If anyone does, post the link.

Here's another thought:
Everyone gets promoted into the 5th grade except for Wendy. After the school takes extensive testing, Wendy is found to be so smart that she is promoted 2 grades into the 6th grade! How's that for a plot? Stan jealous of Wendy and her new 6th grade friends
