Seems that on the show many famous Canadians don't have the beady eyes and flapping heads Terrance and Phillip have. Bieber isn't the only one.

I being canadian don't have a flapping head. Wish I did though I should also point out that in the episode "Stanleys Cup" that all the players on both The Colorado Avalanche and Detroit Red Wings are all american, despite the fact that alot of NHL players are canadian.
