I have been a Firefly fan for a while and I think it would amazing if SP did an episode about the show and its cancellation. There has never been a show quite like it and I think that it would have lots of potential! Plus who doesn't want to see fox get slammed?

I don't disagree on any particular point. I would adore even a mention of my favorite show in one of my other favorite shows. However, it's not going to happen. South Park tends to be pretty topical, and Firefly was ten years ago. I kind of doubt M&T have even seen it, as I've never seen anything in the show that could be even a vague reference (and believe me, I have combed SP for references of all kinds.)
I hope I'm wrong, though. It would be nice.
To believe in something just because you're afraid of the consequences if you don't believe in something is no reason to believe in something.

I realize that! But it does have a lot of potential to be really funny :P And I am sure the well over a million fan base of firefly would appreciate it!

I disagree with that, it's fan base was not nearly as large as it is now. It has only been growing over the years. So if they would have done one ten years ago, most people wouldn't get it.
